The live environment is the perfect place to measure and analyse how the digital customer experience is performing. With the right tools it舗s possible to quickly assess what舗s working and what舗s not. Then by using techniques such as A/B testing and multivariate testing designers can experiment with design variations, and use the results to optimise the digital customer experience.
We舗ll do just enough to get started and make informed decisions about the direction of the project. We know that the project landscape will change, so we avoid creating 舠waste舡 or stockpiling anything that could become obsolete with change. The project, and ultimately the design, is directed by both business and customer goals, to ensure that we remain focused on delivering value. Designing in this way ensures that arbitrary features or functions won舗t increase the project time, scope, or budget unnecessarily.
